Testing “Canvas”
The good folks over at No One’s Listeningare working on a new drag-n-drop WordPress management program called Canvas. I’m doing some beta testing for the project. My test blog is appropriately called Testing Canvas. I’m looking forward to kicking the tyres on this program.
Flickr Tips #1
I hang out at Flickr every day, and I often see members asking the same questions every day in the forums. I thought perhaps I should keep track of some of the tips/tricks that I’ve come up with, so that I can refer to them in one place, rather than have to search the Flickr system for my replies.
So here is my First FlickrTip.
How can I see an overview of someone’s photos?
A great way to see an overview of someone’s photos (I’ll use mine in these examples) is to use the Calendar view. This can be looked at in several different ways. For an entire view, try a Date-Posted Calendar. From that page, you can then drill down by year or month.
Another way is using the Archive view. For a thumbnail view of the photos posted, have a look at the Archives page.
I see this as an ongoing project, so if you have any questions/comments, please be sure to let me know.
